"Time to Decorate" was formed in January 2005 by Mihai A. Dinca who has over 10 years experience in the trade.
Most of our work comes from customer recommendations and the feedback from them has been exceptionally good.

In most cases we use Dulux products. However we also work with other leading brands and will work with products specified by our customers.
We do a lot of work in the Chelsea area for maintenance companies re-decorating to keep them at the highest standard.
